I went in for laser treatment on my spider veins. I will say that Nikki, the technician, could not have been friendlier or nicer. I was told that it may take more than one treatment, but that I should definitely see a difference. She did not tell me that the first treatment wouldn't do anything. Which it did not. I wore the stockings as she advised and two weeks later nothing had changed. I called and she asked me to come in so she could take a look and compare the photos that she took. I showed up at 10:15 today for a 10:30 appointment and the door was locked. So I sat in my car until 10:31 I got out and the door was still locked. So I called the Cincinnati location number, got it recording then it transferred to the Columbus location where I was asked to leave a voicemail. I left a voicemail and I received a text message back telling me that my appointment had been canceled because Nikki no longer worked there. Never mind the multiple emails and text messages I got over the past couple of weeks asking me to confirm my appointment. When they wrote me back in the text message they told me another girl was working there and I could reach out to her and make another appointment. I could make another appointment with her after they didn't bother to tell me my appointment had been canceled. Why would I go back to you after wasting $400 on a treatment that did nothing to get rid of any of my spider veins? Why would I go back to you after you didn't have the common courtesy to check the appointments that were listed for that location and call people to let them know the girl no longer work there and nobody would be there? I don't typically leave bad reviews because I don't like slamming businesses, but I found this absolutely ridiculous. I will say one thing I'd love to have my money back, but I'm sure that's not going to happen.
