I paid $800 for IPL. I went in the first time for the laser treatment on my face. I knew upon leaving that the treatment was ineffective because I had the treatment on my chest a year prior and left that business with a slight sun-burn. With Rejuve, I was not even pink. I called a few days later and was told the machine was not performing well, they have adjusted the intensity and that I should come back once again, which I did. Granted, this means leaving work again, taking time off and driving a distance. It also means no evening activities that would require make-up so there are additional booking considerations with this procedure. What do you know after my SECOND TRIP and procedure, the exact same thing! I emailed Allison again. She acknowledged their machine STILL wasn't working properly, again said it was getting fixed, and could I come back and TRY AGAIN! I shared that I was frustrated and I had shared my goal to have these treatments completed by a specific date which was not going to happen now. I was told that is all she could do. When I called for a refund the receptionist said "You are giving up on us?". I explained my disappointment in a professional manner, to which she replied. ""It sounds like you just don't want to be satisfied"! WOW! I cannot imagine saying that to a customer. The lack of concern for their clients and the unprofessional replies have confirmed my decision to NEVER go back again.
